SAMURAI KLAN GENETICS will use the shipping data indicated by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart on our site.
SAMURAI KLAN GENETICS cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete addresses or those without the necessary information to identify the place of delivery.
Processing time
Orders will be processed as soon as possible, within 5 working days from confirmation of payment and shipped via express courier in Italy and the rest of the world.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
Finally, if made on a holiday they will be processed starting from the next working day.
Delivery to addresses located in Italy takes approximately 24 working hours.
Delivery to addresses located in the European Union takes approximately 24/48 working hours.
Delivery to addresses located in the Rest of the World may take up to 4-5 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the conditions of the shipping company.
Recesses
You will be required to send the package to a post office or courier upon your reservation, bearing the shipping costs at your own expense and taking advantage of return times that do not depend in any way on SAMURAI KLAN GENETICS.
Please make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, we will only replace or refund unused and undamaged items within 14 days.
If the goods check is negative or does not meet the conditions, the package will be sent back to you. If the goods check is positive, we will proceed as follows: we will proceed with the Refund of the item / items in full, excluding Shipping costs and Bank Transaction Fees.
The request will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.
